Add a new page: It is really easy to add a new page. Just add a link to the page you want to add in the page that links to the page you want to add. Then when you click that link it will automatically open a blank page that you can edit.
Add an image: Use the "Upload file" link to upload your image file. Then insert code like this (see the edit version of this page) on the page where you want the image (centering is optional):
